WE LOVE AN ECO PARTY!
As you make your way through our articles and pages, you may notice that we not only feature many tips, tricks and ideas for creating awesome events (minus the waste), but we also donate a percentage of all printable sales to our partners 'One Tree Planted'. |
At 'For Every Hen' one of our passions is parties (obviously!), the other is the environment. And combining the two makes our hearts happy! We do this by:
- Featuring low-waste party tips throughout our articles
- Dedicating an entire page to hosting sustainable parties (everything from invitations to favours is covered, click here to check it out now)
- Partnering with One Tree Planted. This non-profit helps us plant 1 tree for every four printables we sell (scroll down to learn more).

Our Partnership with 'One Tree Planted'
We're very excited to be partners with One Tree Planted. This wonderful non-profit is dedicated to global reforestation; planting trees to restore nature and biodiversity, whilst raising awareness about the importance of trees.
Our printables require paper - so to give back more than we take, we will be donating 10% of every sale (which is equivalent to one tree being planted for every four printables sold!).
This means that, at no extra cost to you, the games and/or signs you purchase will not only add to the fun of your celebration, but will also contribute to trees being planted around Australia and the world (making a positive impact on nature, wildlife and people)!
We have been making monthly donations since August 2021. Below are updates on the number of trees planted so far, and their progress!

TREE UPDATES

IN THE GROUND:
65 trees have been planted in Australia. Our trees could be any of the following native species: River Red Gum, Scribbly Gum, Grey Mangrove and/or Smooth Barked Apple
25 trees have been planted in British Columbia, where One Tree Planted is helping to jumpstart forest fire recovery.
These trees will restore landscapes damaged by the wildfires, create habitat for native animals (such as the grizzly bear and moose), and support old-growth management areas to maintain their ecosystems.
Another 19 of our trees have been planted in Mexico. They were part of a project that planted over 270,000 trees to restore 513 hectares of land in Michoacan.
