Work with your event colour palette as best you can.

What do we mean by this?

Say you're handing out bouquets at the end the night. Rather than grabbing flowers on a whim, consider how they will fit in with your vision. A rustic affair, for instance, would suit dried flowers, delicate white florals, boho bouquets, or even greenery. A pool party, on the other hand, may be better suited to bright blue bunches or a mix of vibrant hues. 

Taking into account your theme, colour scheme and the atmosphere you wish to create will make your flower favors so much more than just take-home gifts. With a little creative thinking, they will become a beautiful part of your venue. A display that not only compliments the theme, but one that attracts attention throughout the day/night.

Source favor boxes suitable for holding bulbs and have them personalised with the bride's name, a fun slogan or even a special message. Fill these will the guest of honours favourite bulb (or bulb mix) for a thoughtful and personalised gift.



DIY BOUQUETS
The perfect combo of activity and take-home favor! We love DIY options as it gives guests' a chance to create based on their personal preferences. And the vast difference between each final piece is something to be celebrated! 

To organise, start by setting up a DIY bouquet bar. Fill this with a variety of beautiful blooms, scissors, twine and glass jars.

Throughout the event (or at a dedicated time if you'd prefer to make this a group activity), party goers can create arrangements using their favourite flowers and/or colours. Each bouquet can either be finished off with a twine bow, or displayed in a vase, and then taken home and enjoyed!

Handy Hint:

After some added flair? Attach flower shaped cookie cutters and the recipe for your biscuits to the favors as well!

Handy Hint:
Create a 'chocolate bouquet' by attaching wrapped chocolates to skewers and arranging them as you would flowers. There are a few different ways to do this - simply search for tutorials (such as this one) that can help you make something truly special and memorable!
